All yesterday was spent finding materials at stores with karissa. We went to Target, Aaron Brothers, Office Depot, Michaels, and Home Depot...all to find this "silly tape" which....we never got!!!! Then spending the rest of the afternoon testing the egg drop trials and putting our heads together to see how this could work with only cardboard and tape! I left to go to work and go learn how to make my first apple pie and this is what I came home to...rolls and rolls of both toilet paper and paper towels wrapped just so karissa could get the cardboard out of them! She left her project in about every room of the house! Kitchen, family room, dining room, bathroom, table....crazy girl!!! Here's some pics! And....my family loved my pie and normally my mom and dad share everything and last night after my mom had two bites of my pie she wanted her own!! Yay i'm so proud of myself! Next time it can be even prettier!
